The core performance parameter of a loader is its rated load capacity.
Rated load capacity refers to the maximum mass of materials that a loader bucket can carry under safe operating conditions (unit: t). It directly determines the equipment's operating efficiency, applicable scenarios, and overall operational costs.
This parameter must match the density of the materials being handled (e.g., sand and gravel have a density of approximately 1.6 t/m³, while coal has a density of around 0.8 t/m³) as well as the bucket volume. For example: "The SINOMACH 955T Loader has a rated load capacity of 5 t and comes standard with a 3 m³ bucket. It is suitable for high-density materials such as sand, gravel, and ore, enabling efficient one-time transfer of approximately 3 m³ of sand and gravel."

Recently, 14 units of high-end equipment (including loaders, motor graders, rollers, bulldozers and excavators) shipped by the company to the core overseas market have been successfully delivered at the customer's designated port of destination. To ensure delivery quality and service standards, a technical expert from the company's Service Department was dispatched to the overseas site for more than a month, and successfully completed the entire process of equipment assembly, commissioning and systematic training with high quality. The professional capabilities have won high recognition from local key agents, laying a solid foundation for the company to deepen its presence in the core overseas market.

Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei – In a significant market breakthrough, Chinese construction giant SINOMACH has delivered its first heavyweight excavator to Brunei. The ZG335S crawler hydraulic excavator touched down on Bruneian soil last week, marking the company’s official entry into this oil-rich sultanate while expanding its footprint across East Malaysia.

By mid-2025, the company successfully shipped 30 transplanters to the Vietnamese market. By the end of the first half of 2025, the company had shipped a total of 81 transplanters, 10 seedling lines, and 21 harvesters to the Vietnamese market, marking significant and far-reaching progress in the company's overseas expansion efforts.
